This eyeliner is somethin'
The best eye pencil I ever used. Im actually going to buy the brown color for the second time. It soo creamy, yet does not smudge, and great because it looks natural yet in a BEATIFUL and suttle way. Its amazing to work with for smokey eye looks too!
Pros: creamy, pigmented, amazing finish, cheap, great quality
